The graduation procedures:

1. Log in to Electronic Theses & Dissertations System and upload your thesis files. Download the authorization forms after your thesis is approved online.

2. Log in to Questionnaire for Graduate Students System on Student System. Complete the questionnaire and download the clearance form, which is also a list of the graduation procedures for your reference.

3. After handing in 1 softback thesis to Office of Biomedical Engineering, you will have an envelope from Yilun. Please forward the envelope to Ms. Rebecca Chang at Graduate Studies Section.

4. Submit the authorization forms and 1 softback thesis to the library.

5. Fill out the questionnaire for Graduate Institute of Biomedical Engineering to improve our programs.
