The offices on campus will be off EVERY FRIDAY in August, which are August 7, August 14, August 21, and August 28.  
(The post office would be closed on the days mentioned above as well.)

If your oral defense is in August or you are going to complete the leaving procedure, please take the official closing days into consideration and make sure you could finish the process in time.
